When can I start racing go karts?

I am 13 almost 14 wanting to race go karts. Where and when can I start racing. Also what are some of the regulations.|||what state do u live in? if u live in -- NC, SC, FL, Texas, California, virginia, tennessee, or georgia, it should be easy to find a go kart track that has the international karting fed supporting it. buuttt if u live in NJ, MAssachusetts, or chicago, idk if u can find a nice track around you. start by going to the International karting federation's website, or go to the world karting association's website to see if they got any traks around u|||You have to check your area for Kart clubs and tracks but I know the club I race at the kids start as young as 5yrs old.
