I went skydiving and saw these machines that looked like go Karts with kites attached. What are the called?

I gotta Get one, but I cant find what there called anywhere.|||its called an ultralite.|||i have one of THESe if i know what your talking about... the guy above has it. its on that website. if thats what your talking about... but he has it
