Safety inspection includes items like; brake lights, headlights, horn, turn signals just to name a few.|||You mean like ATVs, or the gocarts you ride at amusement parks?





There's usually a limit and I'd say, "No."





I know they're illegal here in Houston. In fact, you can't ride motorized scooters on the streets or sidewalks either.
