I need Go kart help any experts at Go karts?

i need to find out if a 6.5 hp engine is fast it has 3900 rpm is 6.5 horsepower and the go kart weights about 200 pounds plus the rider it makes a total weight of 335 pounds can a 6.5 hp engine handle that weight?|||6.5 HP will be fine, depending of course on what type of cart you have and what you plan on doing with it. Most go-karts are used on flat hardtop surfaces like parking lots and really don't need much power, however, some go-karts off road types) may be used in hilly and/or rough terrain and therefore need more power. I recommend finding someone who owns what you are looking for and ask their opinion, or maybe get a test ride.
