Lights, seat belts, horns, brakes, emissions, etc are all described by statutes passed on every state.|||No, they are not legal to drive on a public street, road, or other public right of way, including alleys. If you are caught, you will be cited for all the equipment violations, no insurance, and the go cart will be impounded.
You can get one on ebay. Search for go carts, and several will pop up.|||NO they dont have lights or turing signals.
