The reason is I am thinking about buying a go kart to just ride around.|||no|||in neighborhoods yes,im not sure about next to main roads...probably not|||its illegal to drive anything motorized on a sidewalk but if u live on a small road that not very many people go on then nobody should care|||sidewalks are for pedestrians
anything else is illegal
