How do racing go karts get fuel from the fuel tank?

you know those racing go karts that have their fuel tanks between the driver's legs? do they have a fuel pump in there or what? how does it get fuel from there when there's no gravity to pull the fuel into the carb?|||Pump.

Which type of pump depends on the motor and the cart maker.

Most small motors have diaphragm pumps built into the carburetors but in some cases electric pumps are used.

Electrics can be in-tank pumps or in-line pumps.

You only really need electrics if you are intending to burn huge amounts of fuel or have fuel injection systems instead of carburetors.|||here's the standard pump you'll find on most karts, Mikuni makes a cool looking aluminum job but these plastic walbros are more reliable.
