What are the requirements to make go karts/Dune buggies street legal in New Hampshire?

I have both a dune buggy and a go kart that I'm currently restoring. I have looked all over google and found nothing. Can someone please help?|||Same as any motorized vehicle. you will never get a go cart on the road in any place in the world. The definition of a ' dune buggy " varies from a off road single seat ATC to a real street legal off road capable car. In older days a " Dune Buggy " was a VW bug cut apart with a fibreglass body.http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=dune鈥?/a> Lot`s of these are not street legal. Sorry , almost forgot. In order to make anything street legal that is motorized , you first need an ownership for the vehicle, then it must have everything a road vehicle has. Fenders and bumpers , windshield and wipers. seat belts, head and tail lamps as well as turn signals, must also meet minimum height and speed requirements. Oh and you need a full 4 wheel brake system as well as a parking brake. Street legal tires and mufflers , and you also need to insure it $$$$$$$$$$ and be licenced . Have fun. Stick with the dune buggy and forget about the kart
